Hi, I’m Serena.

If you find yourself here, you’ve been thinking about a change. Change is good but can be overwhelming to know where to start.

I have been working in employment services and vocational rehabilitation for almost 10 years. I began my career as a job coach and classroom facilitator. Since then I have worked with a variety of demographics in return to work planning, case management and vocational services. More recently, I transitioned to focusing on how vocational assessments and psychometric testing can help form the building blocks of your career plan; to help you get to know yourself better.

Currently I reside in Ottawa but provide all services virtually via phone or secure video platform.

I look forward to connecting with you to discuss your goals!
