About me

I am registered with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation as both a Return to Work Disability Manager (RTWDM) and a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional. I am also hold certifications in Transferrable Skills Analysis (TSA) and the STRONG ™ Interest Inventory. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan.

I have been working in employment services and career development for 10 years. I bring dedicated experience supporting youth and adults in overcoming education, employment, and medical/psychosocial-related barriers. I approach career guidance with a deeply personalized and professional lens.

I understand that each individual comes with unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations—and I craft tailored roadmaps to guide clients wherever they’re starting from.

My work often begins with an initial meeting to hear a bit more about your goals and gather foundational information such as past work experience, education and potential accommodations. Next, I may utilize tools such as the Transferrable Skills Analysis or Strong Interest Inventory®, which better identify your personality traits, work types and how they relate to career interests. From there, I meet with you to review any assessments results, identify skill gaps and training opportunities, and utilize tools like National Occupational Code Handbook to compile and tailor job postings and local labour market analysis to set you up for success in your job search.
